kind of.注意，不是a kind of 或 kinds of 。a kind of / kinds of 后面跟名词是表示种类。今天的要讲的 of一般在口语中使用，后面可以接名词、形容词或动词，意思相当于somewhat, more or less，就是“有些，有点儿”的意思，表示达到某种程度，又不太确定。
第一种，kind of后面接名词。
He is kind of a fool.
他有点儿傻。
前面我们讲了英语口语表达：no-brainer，
配图上的帅哥不屑一顾的说，
It's kind of a no brainer.
这有些简单。
I'm sorry I can't tell you; it's kind of a secret.
对不起，我不能告诉你，这有点秘密哦。
第二种，kind of后面接形容词。
I'm kind of hungry.
我有些饿了。
I feel kind of tired.
我感到有点累。
This book is kind of boring.
这本书有点无聊。
第三种，kind of后面接动词。
I kind of thought you might have forgotten.
我有点儿以为你可能已经忘了。
She kind of hopes to be invited.
她有点儿希望能受到邀请。
He is kind of weird, but I kind of like him.
他有点儿怪怪的，但是我有点儿喜欢他。
前面半句kind of接形容词，后面半句kind of接动词。
kind of 还可以用在短句对话中，
- Are you interested?
- Well, kind of.
- 你感兴趣吗?
- 有点儿。
另外，我们还经常听到一个口语表达，sort of，其实是和 kind of 一个意思。以上例句也都可以用sort of来替换。
例子：
It sort of makes sense the way he explains it, but I still don't really understand.
他解释得有点儿道理，但是我还是没能真正理解。
最后补充一点，在日益简化的口语中，kind of 和 sort of 还常常被简化成，kinda 和 sorta. I'm kinda hungry. He's sorta weird.
