签证的有效期：签证的有效期，是指从签证签发之日起到以后的一段时间内准许持有者入境的时间期限，超过这一期限，该签证就是无效签证。一般国家发给3个月有效的.入境签证，也有的国家发给1个月有效的入境签证。有的国家对签证有效期限制很严，如德国只按申请日期发放签证。过境签证的有效期一般都比较短。
