光勤奋是不行的,还得有好的学习方法。那好的方法应该怎么获得呢,我们大多数考虑肯定是『我得拿高分我应该怎么样怎样』,往往忽略了需要的是一种怎样有效得模式才能够提升自己,而不是被『烦恼』和学习牵着走。几个建议:初步的考虑下自己是想以怎样的心态应对学习; 当遇到自己不懂的问题时我们可以选择什么样的方法有效的解决; 还得常常为自己打气; 方法有很多,但是适合自己只有一个,认识自己是最好的学习方法。
经过一个学期的努力，各方面我这个学期都有了很大的进步，但还存在着很大的不足。将来，我要更加的努力;在学习上要提高成绩，纪律上勇坐标兵;团结同学、尊敬师长、积极参加班级和学校组织的各项活动，做德智体美劳全面发展的新学生。
换一种思考方式。你要以主观态度去面对生活，处事。不积极举手不代表你不知道，无所谓的，让别人去说去。你的知识掌握程度自己最清楚，何必硬要让全世界都知道呢。 是为自己而活，不是为别人。
不积极举手不是胆小的.主要表现，胆小主要是缺乏自信，你缺少好的方式去融入集体。你要知道人人平等，大家死后都是骷髅一具，哪还有美与丑的差别。 自信大方一点，不要去介意别人的眼光，自己怎么做怎么高兴，这才是现代人。
其实人人都胆小，看到自己最怕的东西，谁都恐惧。像鬼啊，老鼠啊，蟑螂啊，这难道都是胆小?只是没办法正确面对自己。
重新思考一下，给自己一个新的定位，你要以怎样的态度去过完人生。生命很脆弱，谁能预料2015是真是假?谁能预测明天自己就会出车祸?
想到这里，你就会发现，不积极举手，自己认为胆小，就变得不值一提了。
你会发现更多还有自己值得去做的事，或许某些方面，你比谁都勇敢，了不起。
在本学期中，课上认真听讲并积极回答老师的问题，课下及时复习，有不懂的问题及时提出，发扬不懂就问的精神，该生乐于助人，常利用课余时间主动帮助有困难的同学学习，与同学关系相处融洽，团结一致，不仅勤奋好学，且品德高尚，尊重师长，礼貌用语，不仅严于律己，而且宽己待人，与同学有矛盾，从不斤斤计较常用微笑去面对一切，在维护班级荣誉和保护班级利益等方面做出了突出贡献，该生积极参加学校课外活动，积极向上。
