Youth comes only once in a lifetime, therefore, it is important that we should not waste those years in idleness and bad living.

This is also the time when our memories are best. We are able to learn more during this time than when we become older.

During our younger years, we have the enthusiasm to set high goals for ourselves. We also try to overcome obstacles which are placed in our way.

If we realize how precious youth is, we will be fulfilled when we are young as well as when we are older.

If we waste our youth, we will spend the rest of our lives wishing we could be young again.

青春一辈子只有一次，因此，我们不应该懒惰和不良的生活浪费这些年的时间是很重要的。

这也是我们的记忆最好的时候。这一时间我们能比我们变老以后学习到更多。

在我们年轻时，我们热衷于为自己设定高目标。我们也试着克服摆在我们面前障碍。

如果我们意识到青春的珍贵，我们年轻时以及当我们老了的`时候都会感到满足。

If you ask me what is the most precious， I would say that it’s time。 Time is something once lost， you could never have again。 Therefore， we should cherish it and spend it in meaningful things。 However， many people do too many meaningless things to kill their time， such as playing computer， watching TV， or gossiping。 When you do these things， the time has long been unwittingly flowed away。 In my opinion， the best way to make full use of time is planning your time rationally and sticking the plan firmly。 Spending more time on something significant not only will make your life fulfilling， but also will give you a sense of accomplishment。 Instead， killing your time with meaningless things would bring you depression even despair。 Remember that those who abandon time will be also abandoned by time。

如果你问我什么东西是最宝贵的，我会说是时间。它是你一旦失去就再也得不到的东西。因此，我们都应该学会珍惜时间，把时间用在有意义的事情上。但是，很多人却做了许多无意义的事情来消磨时光，比如玩电脑、看电视或者说闲话。当你在做这些事情的时候，时间早已在不知不觉间流走了。在我看来，最好的珍惜时间的做法是合理安排时间，并坚决按照计划行事。把时间用在有意义的事情上，不仅会让你的生活更充实，也会给你带来成就感。相反，若是用那些无聊的事情消磨时间，则可能会让你觉得沮丧甚至绝望。记住，抛弃时间的人，时间也抛弃他。

Take your time， please。 Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock。 Try to share your time with everybody you love， share your mind， your happiness and sadness。 Try to read the world we live in， do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society。

Someday， when we know how to spend every second in our life， we can then live our own life。

Sincc I entered college I have felt a great burden off my mind and I just want to relax。 So do my classmates。 We enjoy playing cards and are very skillful at it。 We seldom work on our lessons unless there is an examination。 Then we work under pressure。 I know it is not good， but what I lack is self control。 Mat of us know it is a problem， and it is time we did something about it。

As youth， we are in the prime of our life。 We should make good use of our golden time。 The teachers take pains to teach us every day so that we can acquire more knowledge。 We should not fail their expectations。 I should not rest content with what I have done。 Entering cnllege is just a step in the threshold of the palace of knowledge。 The road is long。 The modern age needs the well educated。 The future world is highly competitive。 If we idle away our time while young wo shall regret it in vain when we are did。

From now on I will concentrate all my energy on my studies as to qualify myself as a talent in the 21st century。 Time and tide wait for no man。 I should value my time。 What about you， my friend？

Being depressed has been the obvious illness for some people nowadays. It has been noticed by the public. The news reported that some people got suicide because they had been suffered from depression for a long time. We felt so pity for the loss of these young lives, and they deserved living a better life if they had not passed away.

When we saw the loss of young lives from the news, we felt sad and pity. The young people got suicide for many reasons, such as they got dumped by their girlfriends or boyfriends. Some children chose the extreme way to punish their parents after they had arguments. All of these reasons seemed can be solved in other people's eyes, there was no need to say goodbye to the world and miss the beautiful life.

当我们从新闻中看到年轻生命的逝去，我们感到悲伤和同情。年轻人自杀的原因有很多，比如被女朋友或男朋友甩了。有些孩子在与父母吵架后，采取极端的方式来惩罚他们的父母。所有这些理由在别人的眼中都是可以解决的，没有必要对这个世界说再见，错过美丽的生活。

Life is short, we should cherish it and spend time on the things that can bring us happiness. Thinking about our parents and friends, they support us all the time. Love and care from these lovely people can help us get over all kinds of difficulties.

生命是短暂的，我们应该珍惜它，把时间花在能带给我们幸福的事情上。想想我们的父母和朋友，他们一直支持我们。这些可爱的人的爱和关心可以帮助我们克服各种困难。

Time waits for no one。 If it flows away， it will never come to us again。 We can't take charge of our time but we should know the importance of time and cherish time。
