Meanwhile, Fudan University is located in ShangHai, which is an international city where I can get a lot of knowledge and experience. Above all , I am sure it is where I will go on fighting for my better future.
To realize my dream , whatever challenge I will face , I will never give in. Though it is a great challenge for me to realize my dream, I will make a detailed plan and make use of every minute to make it to Fudan University.

My Ideal Work and Corporation
I am a girl with relative strong afility , tolerance for loneliness and be specific concentration on things thatI view of above reasons,Iwould like to work in a scientific research institution or be a lecturer in an whoever the students are,I will communicate with them attentively.
If I am lucky enough having an oppotunity to enter in a corporation which famous for its scientific research level,I hope it could possess these characteristics described as bellowd.
Firstly,the corporation should be liner organization structure which has the advantages of power concentration,authority and resposibilities clear devided,unified command,information communication convenient,facilitating a unified command and centralized lutely, this structure has some defects and requiring a master with universalmanagement talent is one of the biggest disadvantages ,a functional organization should be created to assist the manager to manage the ently,a business with this kind of organization structure could not be huge size for its limits in management.
Secondly,the corparate culture is one of the most important components for a far as I amconcerned,a dynamic enterprise culture should have a clear and positive goal which induce its employers to realize the value of their life in the course of acheiveing des,the enterprise must has the pursuit of innovation which is the core competitiveness of a addition,a strong sense of responsibility is essentially concerned for a firm because no business can thrive strongly withoutsharing resposibitities and it comes down to a type,it may be“work-hard,play hard ” category of organization culture perhaps be the most appropriate one for me because I do not like an atmosphere which filled with the smell of gunpowder.
As for the department I prefered,it is undoubtedly that Iwould chooseresearch and development department for I want to live up to my years of education and make my value of life come research and development department serve three paramount purposes:the development of new products,the improvement of old products andeach post personnel responsible for the relevant documents.I wish to be an environmentalist from my adolescence so I try to exploit some products with my professional skill that environmental friendly and simultaneously,bring benifitsto humanbeings.
In a word, the ideal corporation I worked on could be small but has humanistic care and the colleagues worked with me could be positive and diligent to boss I worked for could be a person who is strict with our work but concurrently be friendly and relatively equal to everyone. It can not be better if the address of the enterprise could be near to my home and the traffic condition is not so bad.
Finding a Good Job is not easy.
College students in China may choose jobs by themselves. So everyone can make his own choice of his career before graduating.
Job hunting by students has had a big impact on campus. Students have become more practical and eager to develop their manifold abilities to meet the challenges in their future jobs. Since state-allocated jobs are no longer guaranteed, stone students are willing to work in private companies because of higher pay and other benefits, whereas jobs of high academic
level lose part of their former attraction. If the link between graduating from college and becoming a state employee is cut, a large number of fee-paying students may go to college, and so a mass high education is possible. This is indeed a trail blazing
reform in China＇s higher education system.
Finding a good job is not easy. There exist many practical obstacles at the present stage of reform. First, there are few service centres available to help them. Second, students often fail to recognize how good a job really is. Third, colleges usually ignore social demands in their programs and students are not always fully prepared for their new jobs. And finally, the existing restrictions, sexual discrimination, nepotism优待亲戚; 裙带关系and bureaucracyXXX, 官僚作风adversely affect job competition. Nevertheless, students don＇t have to worry about unemployment, because the well-educated are badly needed in the rapid development of China＇s economy.
I have a dream about my career. I want to be a teacher, because I think teacher is a good job. Generally speaking, teachers have much knowledge. They can help students to eich their knowledge. Besides, teachers can communicate with students all the time. It helps teachers keep young at heart. Finally, teachers have two long holidays a year. In the free time, I can do many things I like. And I have time to travel. It makes me exciting. I must work hard to realize my dream.

Mary wants to be a fashion designer because she likes beautiful clothes and is good at drawing. Kate wants to be a gardener， she lives plants， and she wants to make the cities better. Mike would like to be a writer. He’d like to share his wonderful stories with others. Tom would like to be a cook. He’d like to cook delicious food for others. I would like to be a policeman. I want to protect the people safe.
Hopefully everyone can realize their dreams in the future.
There are various kinds of jobs in the world, but different people are attracted by different jobs because everyone has his own interest and destination, many people consider an ideal job as a means of making more money and living more fortably, it may sound reasonable because money is the foundation of life.
As far as my ideal job is concerned, i think i want to be a psychologist, i have made up my mind to do what i really want to so that i can realize my ideal, i believe interest is of the utmost importance in choosing a job, i have been interested in psychology for a long time, so i want to be a psychologist in the future, i think being a psychologist can help lots of people lead a happier life.
However, it isn't easy for me to bee a qualified psychologist and many people around me think that it's unrealistic to me. nevertheless, i'll make every effort to gain much more knowledge, patience, methods, etc. to live up to the name of a qualified psychologist. i believe my dream will e true someday.
