My Favourite Lifestyle
Recently, a survey , conducted among white collars, has shown that of 1000 young employees, 936 find it impossible to make ends meet. This reflects a most important question: How should we spend our life? For most young people today, the prevailing lifestyle, to enjoy life and never worry about the future, seems to have become the main trend. As for me, I would like to follow this trend.
In the first place, the meaning of living is to hold fast to life and enjoy it as much as we can . For life is so wonderous and full of beauty that breaks through every pore of God's own earth. It is a pity that , when we are young, we fail to grasp the passionate longing for love and miss the beauty of nature, like the sweety fragrance of rose, the melodious sound of birds and the golden glow of sunlight. It is miserable that we spend and waste our lives accumulating objects that will only turn to dust and ashes. How often are we too preoccupied with pettiness and indifferent to the splendor of life.
In the second place, this fashionable lifestyle is a good way to reduce our pressure in such a competitive society. Nowadays, more and more people are suffering from psychological disorders due to the unbearable social stress imposed on them. Most of them put all the energy in their monotonous daily routines and are always harassed about the coming days, as if tomorrow were a Doomday referred to in the Bible. The most effectual remedy for them is to have a relax and embrace the present pleasure instead of worrying about the incertitude of future. Since we all know that yesterday was history, tomorrow is uncertainty, only today is reality, why not enjoy our life now and bring ourselves sunlight shining people all around us.
Moreover, to enjoy life and never worry about the future is a reflection of positive attitude towards precious life. Life should be enjoyable, not afflicting. As an old saying goes, "Enough is as good as feast." It means that a man could never be satisfied if he pursues too much. Life is changeable and full of unpredictable wonders. There is beauty and delight to be found everywhere. What we need to do is sit down and enjoy them.
In a word, to enjoy life means simply to fulfil the meaning of life in a joyful and cheerful way, and indicates a healthy and positive attitudes of the life . Having a relaxed and less stressful lifestyle is no other than a good solution to lighten the burden on our shoulder. While we live, let us live colorfully and cheerfully.
